Job summary

Workday in Ireland is seeking a Partner Solution Architect within the Global Partner Organization to enable partners to build, sell and deliver software on the Workday Platform.

You will review integrations, provide technical advisory, and collaborate with Workday product teams to turn partner concepts into scalable solutions. The role offers flexible/hybrid work with opportunities for growth, learning, and stock-based awards.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR and Finance functional business processes.
• 2+ years designing, building, and troubleshooting software integrations.
• 2+ years of experience with web service technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP, and SSL).
• 2+ years of experience with XML technologies and standards (XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory and co-development services to Workday partners.
• Review partner-built integrations and support Built on Workday applications.
• Act as liaison to Workday product teams to communicate partner requirements.
