Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Social Campaign Manager to take full ownership of paid social campaigns for international clients. You will primarily manage Meta Ads campaigns with opportunities to expand to TikTok and Snapchat, handling budgets that can exceed $1 million per month.

You will collaborate with analytics, creative, CRM, tracking, and technology teams to deliver data-driven strategies and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in paid social advertising, especially Meta Ads and Facebook Ads, with a track record of independent management.
Ability to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while handling substantial budgets.
Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and other performance metrics.
Proficient in analytics with ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
Experience using Google Analytics to evaluate advertising effectiveness.
Excellent Google Sheets or Excel skills for data analysis and performance tracking.
Experience preparing performance reports and presenting recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher) for client discussions.
Proactive owner mindset with ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
Willingness to work long-term full-time with European business hours; occasional US-friendly meetings.
Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other social platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Launch, execute, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and Facebook Ads.
Own and optimize large advertising budgets to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and other key metrics and act on insights.
Develop data-driven optimization hypotheses and test new strategies.
Use Google Analytics and internal tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Communicate results and budget rationales to international clients.
Collaborate with BI, creative, tracking, CRM, and tech teams to improve execution.
Experiment with audiences, creatives, structures, bidding strategies, and channels for growth.
Own the paid social strategy within a client team and deliver measurable outcomes.
