ThinkDifferently.ie is seeking a hands-on Paid Social Specialist to join its digital team within a global network. You'll manage paid social campaigns from setup through optimisation, monitor budgets, and influence account strategy.

You will work across Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, turning channel data into client reports and presenting results in calls. If you have 3+ years in paid social, strong analytics, and enjoy fast-paced environments, apply now.

Formación

• 3+ years specialising in paid social, ideally in an agency.
• Hands on experience across major social platforms.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking on those platforms.
• Advanced Google Analytics knowledge.
• Experience managing and optimising budgets.
• Confident interpreting data for clients and managing expectations.
• Strong numeracy and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Running paid social campaigns from launch to optimisation.
• Managing budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
• Turning data into clear client reports.
• Contributing to account strategy and new tactics.
• Presenting results to clients during calls.
• Liaising on social billing with client services and platform teams.
