Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma is essential. A strong portfolio and startup-friendly mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience working with Figma.
• Proven experience designing creative assets for paid social advertising campaigns.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and an understanding of digital advertising.
• A strong interest in the startup ecosystem, copywriting principles, market dynamics and emerging trends.
• Experience with FinTech clients is a significant advantage.
• A solution-oriented mindset to influence creative decisions based on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the entire creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Create engaging visual assets for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
