Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR, organisation design, workforce analytics or management consulting.
• Experience in at least two major restructures or design projects.
• Ability to translate strategy into design criteria and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Map current organisation structures across business units with reporting lines and spans of control.
• Support design across cycles from case for change to transition planning.
• Prepare materials for sessions covering structure options and headcount implications.
• Test designs for accountability, decision rights, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and maintain OD governance metrics.
