Job summary

This role will lead a multi-year transformation roadmap, integrating process and technology, and oversee both recruitment and exit processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience across strategy, operations, and transformation.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-year transformation initiatives.
• Experience with high-volume operational functions adhering to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Oversee the candidate-to-joiner journey end-to-end.
