Mediolanum International Funds (MIFL) seeks a Senior Organisation Manager to lead the end-to-end project portfolio, reporting to the Chief Organisation Officer. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a regulated financial services setting.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, challenge sponsors on scope and costs, and drive data-driven decision making. A strong consulting background and a tech-forward mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Solid understanding of asset management / investment funds industry and regulatory landscape (AIFMD, MiFID II, SFDR, DORA).
• Experience leading cross-functional project portfolios in regulated financial services environments.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end management of the project portfolio, including status tracking, milestones, budgets, capacity, and risk.
• Prepare documentation for Portfolio, AI Steering, and Management Committees; contribute to change plans and budgets.
• Lead portfolio prioritisation, demand management, and resource allocation in line with strategic objectives.
• Challenge sponsors on scope, timelines, costs, and benefits realization; ensure adoption of project framework.
• Produce executive-level narratives, RAID logs, and steering-pack content; liaise with senior leadership and Milan stakeholders.
