Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle EPM specialist to own the Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS) design for a global programme.

You will work with the Oracle EPM Solution Architect and FP&A stakeholders to guide design decisions and ensure scalable, robust planning solutions. The role requires deep Oracle Planning expertise, leadership across multi-country delivery teams, and a track record of successful governance on large programmes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems or EPM
• Oracle PBCS/EPBCS design leadership
• Experience delivering multi-entity planning implementations
• Strong stakeholder management with senior finance context
• Groovy scripting and Oracle Planning modules
• Experience in consultancy, Big 4 or system integrator environments

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and design for Oracle Planning across a global group
• Design planning, budgeting and forecasting models including driver-based planning
• Design rules, forms, dashboards and workflows
• Define data integration approaches with ERP systems and align with FCCS/EDMCS
• Lead design governance and sign-off for the Planning workstream
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and mentor consultants
