Job summary

WuXi Biologics in Ireland is seeking a Senior OpEx Specialist to support the implementation of the WuXi Business System across the site. You will act as a Change Agent, promoting new efficient ways of working to create an environment that is change agile, and drives a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in biopharma/pharma industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record delivering Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of the OPEX Site Strategy and scorecard.
• Deliver training modules to support Operational Excellence mindset.
• Develop and manage portfolio of cross-functional OPEX projects.
• Lead OPEX programs and drive cycle time reduction and waste elimination.
• Coach and mentor colleagues in Lean Sigma techniques.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and controlled documents.
