Job summary

Keenova is seeking an OpEx Leader Bus Process in Dublin to drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply tools like 5S, Kaizen, and VSM, and coach teams to embed a culture of ongoing improvement across the site.

The role focuses on reducing waste, improving process efficiency, and establishing robust KPI governance while building internal capability in Lean leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
• Implement Lean tools such as Standard Work, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and Visual Management.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce variability and defects.
• Oversee site performance metrics and KPI governance.
• Facilitate structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost and waste reduction initiatives.
• Lead change management for sustainable improvements.
• Develop and deliver Lean/Six Sigma training to build internal capabilities.
• Utilize lean tools and standards to design and install standardized work.
