Job summary

WuXi Biologics in Ireland seeks a Process Engineer to support the Manufacturing Technology team for MFG 6 & 7 and future tech transfers. You will report to the TechOps Team Lead and ensure equipment and processes meet requirements and validation standards.

Key duties include assisting site start-up, generating verification protocols, supporting CQV activities, equipment maintenance, CAPA implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver Right First Time operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP.
• Experience with DeltaV MCS platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site start up and project related activities.
• Generate equipment verification & validation protocols and reports.
• Review vendor documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support CQV execution and equipment installation activities.
• Provide routine Automation support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
