Fidelity International is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Senior Manager to lead governance, oversight and continuous enhancement of the firm’s resilience framework for Critical and Important Services (CIBS) and Functions (CIFs) across the UK and Ireland. The role demands strategic leadership, independent challenge and cross-functional collaboration within Global Risk.

• Proven knowledge and recent experience with the implementation of Operational Resilience Programmes within a regulated Financial Services firm
• Excellent understanding of the FCA’s Operational Resilience and DORA requirements
• Experience in identifying, evaluating and prioritising risks and risk management techniques
• Ability to work with Senior Management and build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
• Interest in developing new or innovative solutions to manage the Operational Resilience programme

Responsabilidades

• Continuously maintain and enhance the Operational Resilience Framework, procedures and supporting guidance.
• Integrate risk and resilience framework to ensure a consistent, aligned and outcome-focused approach to risk management, resilience governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices.
• Provide support and feedback to Service Owners/Managers on key outputs from the Framework.
• Manage new and existing Important Business Services and related Impact Tolerance Levels; ensure mapping, testing, refinement and maturation.
• Manage CIFs and provide quarterly assurance reporting to Legal Entity Representatives on resilience posture, risks, vulnerabilities and remediation.
• Govern the annual scenario testing programme and testing methodology.
• Support Service Owners in Self-Assessment Documents.
• Manage and support business areas with escalation and response of Operational Disruptions within breaches of Impact Tolerances.
• Collaborate with Risk on remediation of vulnerabilities, incidents and risks to ensure actions stay within tolerances.
• Ensure Operational Resilience Reporting & MI is developed and embedded.
• Collaborate with shared services to integrate Operational Resilience with frameworks across IBSs.
• Manage tooling strategy implementation including API and scenario simulation tool.
• Provide governance information to monitoring forums.
• Oversee framework activities in response to major business or market changes.
• Monitor regulatory developments in Operational Resilience and participate in industry forums.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve resilience monitoring and MIS.
