Job summary

SIGNS CONNECT IRELAND LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Office Manager to join our Santry, Dublin team. This full-time on-site role supports Sales Admin, CRM deployment, and cross-functional operations across Creative, Manufacturing, and Marketing functions.

You will report to the CEO and work with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Sage to drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in construction or manufacturing environments, strong organisational skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in construction/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong administration and sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales admin support and assist with CRM implementation and training.
• Support operations in a creative, manufacturing & sales/marketing environment.
• Manage key accounts and help develop home and overseas markets.
• Assist with online sales using product sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
• Contribute to meetings, greet visitors and manage reception/showroom activities.
