Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner in Ireland, seeks an Offensive Security Engineer to lead red team activities across cloud platforms, GPUs, and AI infrastructure. You will simulate sophisticated attacks, develop tooling, and drive improvements in security postures for a large-scale AI platform.

The role emphasizes practical adversarial operations, collaboration with blue teams, and reporting to senior leadership. Remote-first with national scope, flexible working arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in offensive security, red teaming, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments and GPU/AI infra.
• Ability to produce actionable reports for senior leadership.
• Experience conducting purple team exercises with blue teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements across cloud compute, storage, networking, and orchestration.
• Identify attack paths impacting operations or tenant assets and propose mitigations.
• Develop offensive tooling and post-exploitation capabilities for scalable testing.
• Collaborate with detection and response teams on purple team exercises.
• Research novel GPU and AI infrastructure attack surfaces and assess vendor drivers.
• Produce clear reports with remediation guidance for engineers and leadership.
