Job summary

Saint John of God Community Services Dublin South East is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dublin South East. The role covers day and residential settings, focusing on assessment and intervention to promote independence and wellbeing for adults with intellectual disabilities.

The successful candidate will contribute to service development, collaborate with colleagues, and advance person-centred practice.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and CORU Registration.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience or keen interest in working with people with intellectual disabilities.
• Experience in OT assessment and intervention promoting independence in ADLs, sensory processing, wellbeing and postural management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
• Full clean manual driving licence; pool cars available.
