Qualifications

• 5+ years networking experience.
• Strong Palo Alto firewall experience.
• Experience with Aruba networking.
• Strong routing & switching skills (OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs).
• VPN technologies (IPSec, remote access).
• ITIL / managed services experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation for network/security incidents
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls (policy, NAT, VPNs)
• Support Aruba switching, controllers, and Wi-Fi
• Support LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
• Perform changes, upgrades, and migrations
• Follow ITIL processes and maintain documentation
• Participate in on-call rota and major incident response
