eir Business is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team supporting a key enterprise customer. You will resolve complex network and security incidents, optimise environments and ensure reliable service delivery.
We value hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Aruba WLAN, Cisco LAN/WAN, and network security platforms, along with ITIL-based incident and change management processes. Join us to help deliver secure, end-to-end connectivity and digital transformation for
Competenze
- 5+ years networking experience required.
- Strong Palo Alto firewall expertise.
- Experience with Aruba switching and wireless networks.
- Solid routing and switching skills (OSPF/TCP/IP/VLANs).
- Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, remote access).
- ITIL/managed services experience is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE/PCNSA) are a plus.
- Exposure to SD-WAN technologies.
Mansioni
- Act as senior escalation for network/security incidents.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution.
- Support Aruba switching, controllers, and Wi‑Fi.
- Perform changes, upgrades, and migrations.
- Follow ITIL processes and maintain documentation.
- Participate in on‑call rota and major incident response.
