Qualificações

• 5+ years networking experience required.
• Strong Palo Alto firewall expertise.
• Experience with Aruba switching and wireless networks.
• Solid routing and switching skills (OSPF/TCP/IP/VLANs).
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, remote access).
• ITIL/managed services experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE/PCNSA) are a plus.
• Exposure to SD-WAN technologies.

• Lead root cause analysis and resolution.

This is a senior technical role acting as an escalation point, responsible for resolving complex network and security incidents, optimising environments, and ensuring reliable service delivery.

Experience with networking and security concepts is essential, with particular focus on Palo Alto, along with hands‑on exposure to technologies such as Aruba WLAN, Cisco LAN, WAN, WLAN and network security platforms. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to operate within ITIL‑based incident and change management processes are key to success in this role:
