Job summary

Telnyx LLC is seeking an experienced ML engineer to build the next generation of conversational voice and video AI. You will own end-to-end product delivery from model evaluation to production on global infrastructure, optimizing latency, reliability, and cost across telco-grade systems.

You will work with Python, PyTorch, and open-source models, deploying on GPUs and integrating with backend APIs and customer portals. This role emphasizes hands-on development and scalable ML solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in machine learning or related engineering with production experience.
• Depth in speech generation, speech-to-speech systems, video generation, or multimodal models.

Responsibilities

• Real-time voice and video models development and deployment.
• Applied research and model adaptation for languages, accents, and domains.
• Production performance at global scale—training and deploying on GPUs; optimize latency and cost.
• Own features from model experiments through backend services and APIs.
