Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Fullstack AI Engineer in Ireland to build end-to-end AI features, from React frontends to Python backends, leveraging voice AI and LLMs to automate clinical workflows.

You will operationalise Voice AI, fine-tune ASR and LLM agents, and translate clinical feedback into rapid prototypes and production-ready improvements. Real-time audio streaming and deployment in medical contexts are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in fullstack development from database schema to UI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and audio processing.
• Ability to ship production features rapidly.
• Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD proficiency.
• Real-time audio streaming and latency optimization experience.
• Clinical AI product exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI features spanning React frontend to Python backend.
• Operationalise Voice AI with ASR and LLM agents.
• Translate clinician feedback into technical solutions and rapid prototypes.
