Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Senior MES Recipe Author – Syncade to implement recipe changes and support MES systems for reliable pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

You will work across Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management modules within the Emerson Syncade MES solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective MES solutions.

Competenze

• Three to five years of experience supporting IT applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, change control, design documentation, test-case development and system or integration testing.

Mansioni

• Manage the ServiceNow incident queue, investigating and resolving MES issues in a timely manner.
• Initiate and implement change-control activities in accordance with site quality standards, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
• Configure, test and deploy MES recipes and system changes, producing high-quality documentation that is clear and maintainable.
• Create computer system validation documentation and perform system and integration testing in line with site procedures and project schedules.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, recommend improvements and deliver effective MES solutions.
