Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is recruiting a Senior MES Recipe Author for a Cork-based role in a healthcare manufacturing setting. You will implement System/MES recipe changes and handle day-to-day issues in Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense and Equipment Management modules on the Emerson Syncade MES solution.

The role sits in a collaborative MES team at a large multinational biotech facility in Cork, with a hybrid work model and client-site requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years experience supporting IT applications incl. troubleshooting, incidents and change controls
• MES Recipe Authoring experience and knowledge
• Programming knowledge including Visual Basic and deployment of code

Aufgaben

• Maintain incident queue in ServiceNow and resolve issues promptly
• Initiate and implement Change Control activities per Quality Standards
• Troubleshoot problems and determine changes or improvements
• Produce well-documented configuration for maintainability
• Prioritize support against project schedules and test MES recipes
• Generate computer system validation documentation per GMP/site procedures
• Follow Environmental Health and Safety procedures and assist incident investigations
