Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager MSM and IRL, with flexibility across Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Austria, or Ireland. You will lead distributor partnerships, set commercial plans and KPIs, and drive growth by coordinating with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in distributor, channel, sales, or business management.
• Proven ability to set commercial objectives, annual plans, sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, contracting and deal structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor management and ensure Mentor business needs are met by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor partners and be the primary contact for distributor matters.
• Set and negotiate pricing, sales targets, yearly commercial plans and KPIs for distributors.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure distributors are up to date with product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and market developments.
