Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying Degree or similar required.
• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying capacity ideally in M&E Sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum commercial return for the project.
• Prepare accurate cost/value reconciliation reports.
• Agree final accounts with subcontractors to maximize margins.

Skills
