GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking a senior delivery professional to lead mechanical packages for data centre projects in Sweden. The role offers significant autonomy, with a rotation package balancing on-site work in Sweden and longer periods at home.
You will drive subcontractor management, programme delivery and commercial oversight on technically complex builds, shaping processes from the ground up within a growing European operation.
Our client is a growing specialist mechanical and electrical contracting business with a strong technical reputation in complex building services. They are now developing their presence within the European data centre sector, building a delivery platform to support some of the most technically demanding projects in the market.
The business combines the capability and standards of an experienced M&E contractor with the agility of a company in a growth phase. Decisions are made quickly, leadership is accessible and individuals have a real opportunity to shape how projects are set up and delivered.
With demand for data centre capacity continuing to accelerate across Europe, and Scandinavia in particular, they are investing in senior delivery talent to establish and deliver major mechanical packages in Sweden. This is a chance to join at a formative stage and play an important role in building the business’s European operation.
You will join a lean, high-calibre team where senior project managers are trusted to take ownership and lead from the front. The culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative and delivery-focused, with close working relationships across the leadership group and a shared commitment to safety, quality and technical excellence.
Projects involve large-scale mechanical building services packages on data centre developments, typically including cooling systems, HVAC, pipework, plant installations and associated mechanical infrastructure. These are fast-paced, technically complex environments with critical commissioning requirements and multiple interfaces across trades and stakeholders.
As the business is establishing its presence in Sweden, you will be involved in shaping project setup, processes and supply chains as well as day-to-day delivery. This offers a breadth of responsibility and influence that is rarely available in larger, more established organisations.
The role is offered on a rotational basis, providing focused, high-impact time on site balanced with extended periods at home. The rotation package is designed to make the role attractive to experienced professionals seeking long-term project involvement in a growing international market.
This position offers a package of up to €140,000 plus an attractive rotational working package. Beyond the package, it provides a long-term platform with a specialist contractor at an early stage of its European growth, with significant autonomy, direct access to senior leadership and a clear opportunity to progress into broader project or operational leadership as the business expands.
