Job summary

Dell Technologies Cork is seeking a Materials Planning Senior Advisor to collaborate with business users to define requirements and deliver solutions that strengthen order and materials processes. You will guide end-to-end lifecycle decisions, manage material allocation, and support AI-enabled manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing detailed analysis and influencing others based on analysis outcome
• Proven proficiency using AI tools
• Capable of making strategic decisions with ambiguous information
• Capable of presenting regularly to VP level
• ERP & Systems Mastery: Proficient with enterprise-level ERP system D365
• Releasing manufacturing orders and assigning Material
• End-to-end order lifecycles, material allocation, inventory balancing, backlog management, material substitutions and reservations
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Global Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales Ops and Finance

Responsibilities

• Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions
• Learn and apply knowledge in the order and materials team to support our AI manufacturing
• Interpret findings and identify business opportunities to deliver value through knowledge management at program and business unit levels
• Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, coordinate projects and work with extended teams
