Job summary

Dell Technologies in Cork, Ireland seeks a Senior Advisor, Technical Program Management (I8) to lead end-to-end Storage and AI NPI execution and enterprise platform transformation across a global manufacturing footprint.

You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Global Supply Chain, and Quality to translate roadmaps into operational plans, drive business readiness, and establish scalable operating models that accelerate time-to-market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business.
8+ years of relevant experience in Technical Program Management or New Product Introduction (NPI).
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation in a global enterprise.
Strong executive presence to influence Director/VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Storage & AI NPI execution across global operations.
Drive enterprise platform transformation and business readiness during system transitions.
Deliver executive-level influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Lead with data using dashboards and KPIs to surface risks and enable decisions.
Establish operational excellence frameworks with repeatable best practices.
