Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience (or Master’s with 6+).
• Extensive background in Technical Program Management or New Product Introduction.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong executive presence to influence Directors/VPs and align cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and strategic problem-solving with governance, KPIs, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Storage & AI NPI execution across global teams.
• Drive enterprise platform transformation and business readiness.
• Provide executive-level partnership and decision leadership.
