Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Ordinary Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8).
• Experience: 6-10 years in Maintenance Technician/Engineer roles, ideally in semiconductor environments.
• Analytical troubleshooting: Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5-Why; follow TPM and Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the semiconductor manufacturing facility with problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams in data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive KPIs for equipment availability, MTTR and MTBF.
• Adhere to TPM and standard work procedures; perform preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with listed equipment and cleanroom protocols is desirable.
