Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking an ambitious Equipment Maintenance Engineer to support daily operation of a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will lead problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

This role involves working with high-tech equipment, TPM practices, and ensuring high availability and MTBF targets in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Education: Ordinary Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8).
• Experience: 6-10 years in Maintenance Technician/Engineer roles, ideally in semiconductor environments.
• Analytical troubleshooting: Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5-Why; follow TPM and Standard Work.

Mansioni

• Support daily operation of the semiconductor manufacturing facility with problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams in data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive KPIs for equipment availability, MTTR and MTBF.
• Adhere to TPM and standard work procedures; perform preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with listed equipment and cleanroom protocols is desirable.
