Leonid Group Ltd in Dublin and surrounding areas is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Irish R&D Tax practice, overseeing complex claims and high-value client engagements.

You will mentor the consulting team, shape processes and culture, and collaborate with the commercial team to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of complex and high-value Irish R&D Tax Credit claims across a broad range of sectors.
• Provide strategic R&D Tax advice and act as a senior point of contact for clients.
• Review and approve technical reports, financial calculations and supporting documentation.
• Lead technical client meetings and support clients through Revenue enquiries where required.
• Ensure claims are prepared to a consistently high standard and in line with Irish legislation and Revenue guidance.
• Work closely with internal compliance teams throughout the review and sign-off process.
• Help shape the processes, standards and approach of the growing Irish R&D Tax practice.
• Mentor and develop the existing consulting team and support recruitment of future team members as the business grows.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Help develop a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the Irish business.
• Work closely with the commercial team to support new business opportunities and client growth.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and referral partners.
• Represent the business at relevant networking events, industry conferences and client meetings.

This is an opportunity for an experienced R&D Tax professional to play a key role in the continued development of an established and highly respected specialist consultancy's Irish practice.

Based in Dublin and working with an existing team and structure, you'll have the opportunity to take on a senior leadership position with genuine influence over how the practice develops. You'll combine hands‑on technical delivery with team leadership, client management and business development, whilst helping to shape the processes, culture and direction of the Irish operation.

As the business continues to develop, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop the existing team, support future growth and take greater ownership of the Irish delivery function.

The role
