Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment partners with a leading professional services firm in Ireland to recruit a Senior Manager for their R&D Tax team. You will own a portfolio, lead engagements end to end, mentor the team, and sit close to Partners to shape the practice's future.

The role is build-focused, offering hybrid working, strong benefits, and a clear path to Director. Ideal candidates have ITI/CTA and extensive corporate tax & R&D tax experience.

Qualifications

Their mix of tax and engineering specialists are working with some of the most innovative companies operating in Ireland. They want a Senior Manager to join their leadership team, help lead it, grow it, and shape where it goes next.

This is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll own a portfolio, lead engagements end to end, mentor the team beneath you, and sit close enough to the Partners to have a real say in the direction of the practice. The kind of seat where what you do actually moves the needle.
