Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation Process Integration to lead end-to-end process mapping and ERP harmonization across global Supply Chain functions. This role drives design adherence, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to enable a single, scalable ERP backbone.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / University, MBA, or equivalent degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business process mapping and design adherence across functions.
- Support ERP Global Template maintenance and program methodology.
- Ensure processes are designed, documented, and deployed on time and scope.
- Lead cross-functional teams to map end-to-end processes and ensure integrated solutions.
- Lead Design Authority meetings and mitigate design risks.
- Collaborate with global SC experts to improve processes and integrations.
- Establish and implement process design methodology and controls.
- Coordinate business simulations and readiness validation.
- Deliver program updates to senior IM stakeholders.
