Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager to drive end‑to‑end SC development for new pharmaceutical products. You will lead cross‑functional teams, oversee ERP setup and master data, and coordinate packaging and regulatory filings to ensure launch readiness.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain for NPI launches.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences supply chains is preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end supply chains for new products.
• Manage ERP setup, master data, and regulatory packaging mock-ups.
• Coordinate distribution readiness and product launches globally.
• Develop, track, and improve launch project plans and templates.
• Provide program reporting, risk assessment, and stakeholder updates.
