Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, EM Procurement Strategy & Warehousing Initiatives. Based in Zug, Beerse, Cork, Leiden or Geel, you will lead strategic external manufacturing procurement initiatives, warehousing projects, and portfolio governance across a global supplier landscape.

You will collaborate with EM Global Category Leaders to translate priorities into programs, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant experience in strategy/management consulting, procurement, category management, or supply chain.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong problem-structuring and analytical capability with executable plans.
• Understanding of procurement, supplier management, sourcing and value levers.
• Experience with logistics, warehousing, distribution networks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with high impact across EM procurement.
• Own the EM portfolio: prioritize priorities, define roadmaps, milestones and accountabilities.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives from scoping to implementation with real outcomes.
• Shape recommendations and drive supplier engagement or operating-model changes.
• Lead strategic warehousing, capacity, and space projects within the EM portfolio.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
