  • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Technical Operations, Planning, IT/Systems and the relevant implementation teams to ensure commercial dependencies are reflected in the integrated implementation plan.
  • Ensure supplier readiness actions, evidence and commitments are tracked to closure before key transfer and ramp-up decisions.
Component-Supplier Transition Strategy
  • Establish and execute the transition strategy for all raw materials and component suppliers supporting the transferred portfolio.
  • Define, by supplier and material family, the appropriate future model, including directed-buy, pure-buy, rationalization or selected-supplier ownership.

  • Coordinate contingency, alternate-source, safety-stock, pre-build and recovery strategies where justified, with clear triggers and decision rights.
Supplier Performance & Executive Governance

  • Define measurable expectations for service, quality, delivery, capacity, cost, innovation, responsiveness and transfer execution.
  • Build a strategic relationship that supports near-term implementation success and longer-term business growth, new-product introduction, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide concise, fact-based updates and recommendations to project leadership and Procurement leadership, clearly distinguishing confirmed facts, working assumptions, risks and decisions required.
