Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Technology - Logistics to lead the regional Deliver technology roadmap and ensure reliable, compliant logistics capabilities across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with regional and global teams to translate business needs into an integrated technology portfolio, balancing transformation with steady operations and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain technology, with significant focus on logistics, Deliver, warehousing and transportation processes.
• Proven people-leadership experience, including building, developing and leading teams across multiple countries.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to operate across regional, Business Unit and global teams in a complex matrix organisation.
• Proven experience owning and executing a multi-year technology roadmap and investment portfolio aligned with business strategy, operational priorities and global technology standards.
• Demonstrated experience across logistics technology ecosystems, including ERP, WMS, WCS/WES, TMS, warehouse automation and enterprise or external-partner integrations.
• Strong experience in operational service management and technology lifecycle governance, including reliability, resilience, cybersecurity, compliance, obsolescence and disaster-recovery readiness.
• Proven leadership of complex logistics or warehouse transformation programmes, including business continuity, operational readiness, cutover, risk management and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Demonstrated accountability for business cases, portfolio prioritisation, budgets, financial forecasting and benefits realisation across capital, operating and ongoing service costs.
• Experience governing 3PLs, managed-service providers, automation partners and technology vendors, including service performance, integration, risk, compliance and contractual technology responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles, integration patterns and data flows across transactional, execution, automation and partner platforms.
• Ability to define, govern and communicate measurable business, operational, financial and technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy and multi-year DePuy Synthes EMEA Deliver technology roadmap, aligned to business strategy and priorities.
• Translate business capabilities into a prioritised, sequenced and funded portfolio with clear dependencies, risks and outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction across logistics platforms, warehouse automation, data, integration and digital capabilities.
• Serve as primary technology partner for DePuy Synthes EMEA Deliver with accountability for regional outcomes.
• Clarify decision rights and ownership across regional and global teams.
• Represent EMEA priorities in global forums and ensure standards and roadmaps are adopted with regional trade-offs.
• Oversee ERP, WMS, WCS/WES, TMS, warehouse automation, labeling, data and analytics, and integrations.
• Establish governance for 3PLs, logistics providers and vendors, including data ownership and cybersecurity.
• Lead technology delivery for major networks and transformation programmes, ensuring continuity and readiness.
• Drive value-realisation reviews with business and Finance partners.
