Job summary

Compliance Connect in Dublin (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance Connect to lead the service as a business, owning subscriber relationships, income and a small team. You will report to the Head of Professional Advisory Services and travel across ROI and NI to engage credit unions at CEO, manager and board levels.

You will shape the service's direction, launch new offerings, and ensure timely, practical responses to regulatory queries while partnering with a technical specialist.

Qualifications

• A track record of building and retaining client or member relationships at senior level.
• Experience of developing a service: launching new products, programmes or offerings and seeing them adopted.
• Experience of managing and developing a team of professionals.
• Experience in compliance, risk, regulation or a closely related advisory field in financial services, sufficient to be credible with credit union officers.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with subscribing credit unions at CEO, manager and board level, with a structured approach to the service's largest accounts.
• Lead subscriber retention and renewals, including pricing and value conversations.
• Grow the subscriber base in ROI and NI, with an acquisition approach tailored to different profiles.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and subscriber record.
• Represent Compliance Connect at sector events, conferences and forums.
• Set the direction for the next phase of Compliance Connect and lead its development.
• Design and launch new offerings, including training and board/committee support.
• Strengthen the community through forums, events and peer learning.
• Keep guidance, documents and templates current and refreshed.
