Job summary

Archer Recruitment is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Ireland to build agentic ML solutions from the ground up. You will help establish a new Centre of Excellence, shaping how AI is developed, deployed and scaled across the organisation, with a hands-on focus on production-ready systems.

You’ll work with experienced AI and data professionals on greenfield projects, turning ideas into real-world solutions, deploying MCP servers and A2A communications, and ensuring scalable, robust ML

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ML experience with Python.
• Experience in fast-paced, greenfield environment.
• Hands-on experience with A2A (Agent2Agent Protocol).
• Azure or AWS experience.
• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps and production AI systems.

Responsibilities
