Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for a major project with a leading contractor. You will manage financial aspects in a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium, reporting to the project’s Commercial Manager. Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in construction Quantity Surveying.
• Working towards chartership or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate tender with Project Manager post-award.
• Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts.
• Compile monthly reports per company standards.
