Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor at a senior level.
• Proven track record in managing commercial processes and subcontractor accounts.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full commercial management of electrical packages.
• Prepare budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
• Manage payments and variations for subcontractor accounts.
• Attend commercial meetings and lead them as necessary.
