Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking a Project Planner to establish and maintain project planning controls across multiple MEP projects in Ireland. You will develop master schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, integrate trade schedules, and communicate progress to the project team and clients.

Key requirements include a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, proven experience in construction planning for M&E projects, and strong reporting, KPI, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as an M&E Planner on High End residential or commercial building services projects.
• Experience using MS Project is essential.
• Experience in construction planning for Mechanical/Electrical Building Services contracting is essential.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail with ability to produce reports.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create a master baseline schedule in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Develop schedules for design, procurement, installation and close out.
• Integrate trade contractors’ schedules into the company schedule hierarchy.
• Communicate scheduling and project controls to project team and clients.
• Manage progress reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare time impact analyses and support extension of time claims.
