Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Senior Legal Secretary to support its litigation team in Cork. The role offers variety and a responsible position within a professional legal environment.

You will provide comprehensive secretarial support, manage litigation files and documentation, and liaise with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. At least three years' experience in litigation is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in litigation or a litigation environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal secretarial support to the litigation team, ensuring efficient management of day-to-day matters.
• Assist with the preparation, administration and organisation of litigation files and related documentation.
• Liaise professionally with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders to support the delivery of services.
