Job summary

Frazer Jones is recruiting for a Legal Secretary with litigation experience to join a leading Irish firm in Dublin. The role supports Corporate and Litigation teams, handling diary management, travel, marketing and business development, client and matter management, and practice administration.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience as a legal secretary working on contentious matters and will contribute to efficient administrative support across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a legal secretary handling contentious matters.
• Experience supporting corporate and litigation teams is a plus.
