Job summary

Danone is seeking a Senior Liquid Capacity Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs for launching new greenfield lines across product, process, packaging and specification R&I functions. This fixed-term contract runs until the end of 2029 and focuses on unlocking capacity for Specialized Nutrition while driving cross-functional execution.

The role requires a strong background in chemical/food engineering, 10+ years of R&I project management, and the ability to operate in a matrix organization

Qualifications

• Requires a B.A./MSc in chemical engineering, bio-chemical engineering, food technology or food science.
• 10+ years of R&I project/program management experience in FMCG, food, pharma or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for R&I project activities, align stakeholders, track progress, risks, milestones, resources.
• Translate strategy into executable project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Lead R&I matrix with clear roles, responsibilities and objectives aligned to milestones.
• Anticipate conflicts and synergies between projects and resolve them early.
• Balance speed, quality, and robustness in decision-making under uncertainty.
• Actively manage and escalate risks, decisions and support needs.
• Represent R&I in governance forums (SteerCo) with transparent communication.
• Ensure delivery of R&I objectives while managing complexity and dependencies.
