Job summary

PartnerRe in Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Actuary to join the Global Life Financial Solutions team for Europe, Middle-East and Latin America. The role will be based in Dublin and may involve other European hubs.

You will develop and price life and health reinsurance solutions and help shape client offerings in a multinational setting. The position provides exposure to diverse markets, with opportunities to contribute to innovative reinsurance structures and the growth of PartnerRe’s Life

Qualifications

• Strong actuarial background in pricing life and health reinsurance; familiarity with USGAAP and IFRS17.
• Good knowledge of Solvency II and related insurer issues.
• Strong technical skills with commercial sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop, structure and market appropriate reinsurance solutions.
• Create pricing tools to analyze risk and profitability of life reinsurance.
• Contribute to deal execution: respond to RFPs, negotiate terms, prepare internal memos.
• Support business development: client visits, tailor solutions to objectives.
• Prepare and present life reinsurance topics as required.
