Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our medical device manufacturing team. You will apply your degree and experience to drive process improvements and support quality objectives.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, CAPA and lean initiatives, with QMS knowledge (ISO 13485, FDA) preferred. Collaboration with Engineering, Quality and Production will be essential, and ambitious candidates with Six Sigma Green Belt are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing or process engineering within the medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA requirements in a regulated medical device environment.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing process troubleshooting, process control, validation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CAPA, root cause analysis and change control.
• Lean manufacturing principles experience; Green Belt or Six Sigma is an advantage.
