Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, a leading medical device innovator, seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production lines and drive continuous improvement at its facility in Ireland. You will apply Six Sigma and LEAN methods to redesign equipment, tools, and fixtures, and develop robust validation and documentation to support manufacturing processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific field; 2 years' experience required or Master's with internship/equivalent.
Industry experience in manufacturing/quality systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and LEAN methods.
Develop experiments and tests to qualify and validate processes; analyze results and report findings.
Address Manufacturing and Compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances, audits).
Create training and documentation materials (work instructions) for production.
Establish project plans and use project management tools to meet customer expectations.
Oversee manufacturing support tasks and coordinate technicians and vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
