Job summary

Waters Corporation in Wexford, Ireland seeks a seasoned leader to head our Continuous Improvement program for Manufacturing Operations. You will embed Lean/CI methods, coach site leadership, and partner with a global peer group to deploy best practices and achieve measurable business impact.

You will drive structured problem solving, kaizen events, and daily management to deliver sustained improvements across safety, quality, delivery and productivity, while mentoring teams and integrating CI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience deploying Lean/CI in manufacturing environments.
Proven track record of sustainable process improvements and coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with site leadership to develop and execute CI plans within Lean Operating System framework.
Lead transformation efforts in key site areas and drive kaizen events.
Apply problem solving, VSM, and daily management to improve processes and reduce waste.
Develop visual and daily management reporting for the factory.
Coach and grow Lean/CI capabilities across teams.
Share best practices across Waters and external sources.
