Job summary

GE HealthCare Ireland Limited in Cork is seeking a Site Lean Leader to drive Lean, Heartbeat (HB) deployment and continuous improvement across the Cork manufacturing site. You will partner with site Leadership to advance standard work, DMS, PSP, Kaizen and VSM, coaching leaders and embedding sustainable practices.

Responsibilities include shaping the Lean strategy, leading cross-functional improvements, and building internal capability to sustain gains while aligning with enterprise standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
Proven experience leading Lean/or Operational Excellence transformations in complex manufacturing environments.
Experience implementing and sustaining Daily Management Systems and standard work.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the site Lean strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
Lead Kaizen events, value stream improvements and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Coach leaders at all levels in Lean leadership behaviours, problem solving and change management.
Establish governance and report on Lean progress, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
