Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Integration Engineering Manager to lead and evolve PlayStation’s Enterprise Integration Engineering capability, delivering scalable, secure integrations across the enterprise using MuleSoft and SnapLogic.

You will define technical direction, lead a high-performing team, mentor engineers, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure reliable, observable integrations that improve data quality and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations.
• 5+ years hands-on integration design on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
• Strong enterprise integration architecture knowledge.
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments (SQS, SNS).
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Terraform.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, Workday, SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance leadership, delivery, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap for the enterprise integration platforms, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and industry trends, recommending strategic investments.
• Lead design of MuleSoft and SnapLogic solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, reusable patterns.
• Review and challenge integration designs, providing direction to improve quality and maintainability.
• Drive adoption of API-led, event-driven, pub-sub, asynchronous, and batch/data integration patterns.
• Define and promote integration standards, design principles, and reusable patterns.
• Be the escalation point for operational and technical issues.
• Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives with timely, quality outcomes.
• Determine resource allocation and delivery priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Improve engineering operating model, processes, and metrics for reliability and excellence.
• Lead the team to solve complex technical challenges and ensure issues are resolved.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, observable, with proper logging and monitoring.
• Line manage a team of integration engineers, including performance management and career development.
• Develop senior engineers and future technical leaders through coaching and mentoring.
• Foster an inclusive culture focusing on accountability and collaboration.
• Lead hiring and organizational planning to scale the engineering organization.
• Build strong relationships across global teams and partners.
